Mercer University is the first Purple Heart University in the stat of Georgia. They strongly support all veterans with special programs to fit the needs of veterans. The entire half time program was military oriented. It included all military songs, Students making military displays to support the songs, and a local  JROTC unit opening a very large US Flag. The Program was superb and they won the Game.
